This recording interweaves the thread of “old Gregorian chant” into the sacred music production of the contemporary authors. In some cases it is the first time recording. One of the composers – latvian author Rihards Dubra – commented about this CD:
I would like to say it out loud, that this CD with its nice mood has struck me deeply. What I especially find beautiful is the idea to connect Gregorian Chant with contemporary colours and old music with the new one. This has been achieved wonderfully – this is the atmosphere, which we need nowadays – this is something what is missing in our lives – we have to enjoy such beauty more often.
